Our Ketogenic program is an easy to follow, scientifically advanced, weight loss program that has proven to be both safe and effective.
It incorporates a healthy and satisfying diet combined with moderate exercise to support rapid and lasting weight loss. Our last program saw most participants lose on average 4-6 kg in 4 weeks, with an average 6-7cm waist circumference loss. All participants feel energised, cleaner, sleep has improved and mood is stable.
Our program restricts sugars and high glycaemic index (GI) carbohydrates and provides adequate protein. A low carbohydrate, low GI diet can maintain healthy blood sugar levels, which can improve fat burning and reduce fat storage, while adequate protein can help preserve muscle mass.
Our 4-week program is easy to follow, tailored and effective. It is suitable for most people to improve their health, lose weight and overall wellbeing.
On a ketogenic diet, you will eat a very small amount of carbohydrates 5-10% of calories, a moderate amount of protein 25-30% and a large proportion of fat per day 60%. This means that the body uses fat as its main source of fuel and breaks it down into ‘ketone bodies’ (or ‘ketones’) in a process called ketosis. You will measure daily, ketones in your urine to know you are on track.
